But how do the Spaniards manage to produce such a flyweight? The clever minds from Valencia have worked a lot and saved material wherever possible. But of course, they also pay attention to safety and rigidity. For the latter, the shape plays an important role. The stem features an integrated faceplate with just two screws. With this design, the stiffness in the clamping area is increased on the one hand and the surface pressure on the handlebars is reduced on the other. The large contact area (24 square centimeters) makes it stiffer than heavier stems. After all, this stem impresses with an innovative and distinctive design language and becomes a real highlight on your bike.

NOTE: The Darimo IX2AL Stem Matte Black is a high-end product and requires careful work when installing it. All torques and rider weights specified by the manufacturer must be strictly adhered to. This increases the service life of the stem and is for your safety. When using it on a racing bike or gravel bike, it should be noted that the diameter of the upper link must not exceed 31.8 mm due to the non-removable front cap. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage to the handlebars and stem. Aerobars are therefore not compatible.
